Dr Olivia Millar (Osteopath)

Olivia studied Osteopathy at Victoria University, completing her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy)

She has additional training in Dry needling (advanced) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia

Olivia’s passion for osteopathy stems from her extensive sporting background, particularly playing high-level football. This experience sparked her interest in human anatomy, injury prevention, and management. Olivia enjoys sharing her knowledge with patients, empowering them through education to better understand their treatment plans.

Olivia is dedicated to providing personalised care, tailoring each treatment to meet the specific needs of her patients and optimise their outcomes. She takes a holistic approach to osteopathy, considering physical, mental, and social factors that may influence a patient’s overall health. Olivia enjoys treating people of all ages and has a particular interest in neck, low back pain and sporting injuries.

Outside the clinic, Olivia stays active through hobbies like water skiing, dirt bike riding, and surfing. She has a particular passion for running and loves walking her two dogs.

Dr Chris Walker (Osteopath)

Chris has been working as an Osteopath since graduating from Victoria University in 2017 where he worked at a wide range of clinics in Melbourne, as well as working as a clinical Pilates instructor. Looking for a slight change of pace, Chris moved to Geelong in 2020. Since moving he has thoroughly enjoyed exploring Geelong and it’s surrounds and everything it has to offer.

Chris’s approach to Osteopathic treatment is well rounded and tailored to the individual by using a wide range of manual techniques, including dry needling. Chris strives to ensure that every patient feels educated and empowered to reach their full potential. Working with the Richmond football club for six years gave him the opportunity to learn how athletes maintain optimal physical condition and believes everyone has the capacity to do the same, with the right tools!

Being a keen runner and cyclist, you will often see him out on the pavement, usually followed closely by his Border Collie – Billie. Chris loves the outdoors, spending time in the surf or at the snow when he can.

Chris is looking forward to helping the community and ensuring everyone is enjoying a happy and healthy life.

Dr Camille Miller (Osteopath)-

B.Sci (Clin Sci), MHS (Osteopathy) - Member Osteopathy Australia

After completing my masters in clinical health science and spending many years treating as an osteopath in a busy Melbourne practice, I decided to come home to Geelong and open my own clinic. I established Greater Geelong Osteopathy in 2018 in the hope to provide our region with osteopathic/allied health practitioners to treat and manage injuries and chronic pain.

I am passionate about Osteopathy and how well our hands on treatment approach can help people in acute and chronic pain. I use a wide range of techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling and exercise prescription.

I have been overwhelmed by the support of our local community and our growth so far! I am also excited for what we have in store for the future. If you have any questions about osteopathy or the treatment we provide at Greater Geelong osteopathy, please do not hesitate to contact myself or one of our friendly team.

Dr Monica Zaksek (Osteopath)-

Monica has been practicing in Melbourne as an osteopath since graduating in 2015 from RMIT University. She has also worked as a Pilates instructor for almost four years, which has added an active and movement-based approach in her treatment and management.

She moved to Geelong after meeting the man of her dreams and has since enjoyed a change of scenery leading a relaxed lifestyle, often heading to the coast or enjoying a weekend brunch at Feed My Mojo (which is her absolute fav!)

The uniqueness of each working day keeps things exciting and interesting. Developing a deep understanding of how treatment is going to benefit a patient to meet their needs and reach their goals is why she works hard to deliver the best management plan, and a clear direction moving forward.

She especially loves treating presentations often associated with postural problems including (but not limited to) neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain as well as headaches.

Monica loves to travel, being out in the sun, a hearty meal, her gorgeous doggo Radar and a good belly laugh.

Dr Sarah Gerritsen (Osteopath)

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Originally from Germany, Sarah moved to Australia in 2019 and has since made Geelong her home.

Before becoming an Osteopath, Sarah completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and worked as a remedial massage therapist for over four years. This experience, alongside her osteopathic training, has shaped her hands-on and individualised approach to patient care.

Sarah enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations and has a particular interest in women’s health, including supporting women throughout pregnancy and the pre- and postnatal periods. Taking a holistic and patient-centred approach, she considers the physical, lifestyle and individual factors that may contribute to a patient’s pain or presentation and tailors treatment to their individual needs and goals. Sarah uses a combination of osteopathic manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, dry needling and cupping, alongside education and exercise rehabilitation, to develop practical management plans that align with each patient’s lifestyle.

Sarah is also eager to further develop her knowledge and skills in paediatric care and looks forward to continuing her professional development in this area.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys staying active through running and the gym, travelling and spending time outdoors. She loves exploring Geelong and the Surf Coast and spending time with her partner Fraser and their Spoodle Piper.
